Our Markets are held on the 3rd Saturday of every month in High Street Rushworth, commencing at 8.00 am and finishing around 1.00pm

We welcome both Regular and Casual stallholders.  Regular stallholders are provided with the same site each month and have priority at the Rushworth Easter Heritage Festival Market.

Our co-ordinator and all committee members are volunteers.  We aim to make the day fun and rewarding for all involved.

    Market stall details

    If you are selling food or drink, please complete the following:

    Public Liability Insurance

    For your application to be successful, a member of the committee must sight a copy of your current Public Liability Insurance Policy.

    You can make this process easier by filling in these details and attaching a PDF or screenshot of your current policy.

    You will need to supply the following for your site:

    Public liability insurance
    Trestle tables for your display
    Chairs
    Marquee for inclement weather

    What sort of stalls are acceptable?

    We are encouraging stall-holders who sell antique & collectables home made & farmers’ market goods, arts & crafts, new products or services.

    Stall Size

    All stalls are 3m x 3m. If you require more space, please note space increments in 3mx3m – you will be booking & paying for additional stalls.

    Set Up time

    You will have access to set up your stall from 7.00am until 8.00am

    Pack Up time

    Will be 1.00pm 

    Parking

    Vehicle access for set-up and dismantle is allowed. Vehicle parking will be away from the market site and directed by our Market Co-ordinator.

    Permits

    If you are running a stall for the first time, or require further information about permits click here

    Insurance

    As a stall holder, you will be required to have Public Liability Insurance. Details of your insurance must be lodged at the time of booking.

    Payment

    Site fees are payable no later than 7.30am on Market Day.
    Stall positions are allocated on a first in first served basis. Your payment is non-refundable.
